Colombard Sauvignon Reisling, Tiddy widdy well- Australia Crisp, herbaceous and vibrant on the nose with a palate of fresh grapefruit, guava and mango. Unencumbered by oak and free to roam your taste buds. Pinot Grigio, Bella modella- Italy A beautifully, light, vibrant white to be appreciated for it's zesty, citrus character and refreshing quality. Sauvignon Blanc, Stratum- New Zealand A pronounced, herbaceous nose with plenty of ripe gooseberries, guava and nettles on the nose. The palate is crisp, racy and mouth watering with hints of grapefruit, guava and gooseberry followed by a long, enticing finish. Chardonnay, Care- Spain The Spanish white wine revolution continues with this well poised, elegant Chardonnay. Rounded, bright and citrussy with gentle, buttery, melon notes and a long creamy finish. Chardonnay, Green point, Yarra Valley-Australia Elegant and restrained yet complex and creamy, Green Point is always refreshing and well poised. Semillion Sauvingnon, Cape Mentelle- Australia A classic Margaret river blend with flavours of fresh herbs, lemon blossom and asparagus. Chardonnay Viognier, Botalcura- Chile Broad, ripe fruit character back with captivating chunks of pineapple and peach like fruit coming through on the palate. Creamy, yet focused and well defined. Verdejo Viura, Monte Alina- Spain Off dry, fresh and appealing. Full of rich citrus tropical fruit. Chenin Viognier, Hidden Agenda- South Africa A cracking new blend that utilises the crisp, tangy character of appley Chenin coupled with the more richly textured, apricot nature of viognier. The result is decidedly scrumptious and appetizing! Sancerre, Domaine Daulny- France A stunning example of classic Sauvignon Blanc. Pure, crisp grassy fruit on the nose with hints of blackcurrant leaf. Lean racy and concentrated on the palate with complex flavours of citrus and mineral. Chablis, Domaine Denis Race- France Pale yellow in colour with green tinges, good fruit and acidity on the nose with a well balanced buttery Chardonnay fruit and citrus acidity. Finishing long and fresh on the palate Semillion Sauvignon, Suckfizzle- Australia Replicating the finest Bordeaux wines, the Sauvignon and Semillion are barrel formented to give an intriguing mix of fresh vibrant, citrus flavours intermingled with the rich, creamy nutty flavours from the oak. Shiraz Cabernet Merlot, Tiddy Widdy Well- Australia Upfront fruit, soft tannins, rich, concentrated palate and a long ripe finish. But there is more to this wine, it's not that simple, there's some complexity there as well, great length and real finesse. Nero D'Avola, Belle Modella- Italy Deep, savoury, spicy plum and blackcurrant flavours. Subtle oak ageing lends this wine some spicy, yet sweet vanillin notes to balance the robust fruit character. The finish is bright, succulent and velvety making for a seriously sassy little wine. Merlot, Botalcura- Chile A full on ripe, soft fleshy merlot with bags of blackberry fruit, well integrated wood with velvety texture. Malbec, Reserva, Big and bold, full of sweet and sour cherries, plums and violets. Tremendous with red meats. Cabernet Merlot, Cape Mentelle- Australia A classic Bordeaux blend full of black current flavours, dark chocolate spice. Shiraz , Hidden Agenda- South Africa This beautifully balanced, gently fruity Shiraz has oodles of juicy bramble fruit with hints of spice and subtle oak. Lovely, soft, creamy finish with a savoury edge. Pinot Noir, Sherwood- New Zealand Located from different vineyard sites exclusively from Sherwood, the wine is vivified separately and then aged in oak. Vibrant colours, cherry and plum character. Medium bodied.
Barbera D' Alba. DOC, Mezzavilla- Italy Deeply coloured and richly textured with juicy ripe cherry and bramble fruit. Well rounded, with supple, silky tannins and a long savoury finish, feminine, lush red cherry lips and voluptuous body. Shiraz , Gnarly Dudes, Two Hands, Barossa- Australia Immensely concentrated with an almost opaque core of ripe, intense black fruits, it has a silky smooth texture followed by savoury, creamy fruit and hints of charred meats and coffee. The finish is well structured but opulent, enveloping and very, very long. Rioja Reserva Remelluri- Spain This finely crafted, elegant style with great structure and complexity. The nose is warm and inviting with hints of wild strawberry and spice, overlaid with light wood notes. The palate is silky smooth, mellow and warm with savoury, ripe berry fruit, touches of tobacco and a little spice. Cabernet Sauvignon, Suckfizzle, Margeret River- Australia A powerful core of cassis, bramble and plum fruit character backed up by firm, yet accessible tannins and a well integrated French oak. Made for the long haul but still stunning now. Chateuneuf Du Papa, Domaine D'Arnevels- France Classic medium-bodied Chateauneuf with a richly textured palate of spicy violet and cherry fruit overlaid with a little subtle oak ageing.
Rose wines. Syrah Rose, Santa Rosa- Argentina A vivid, bright pink with all the ripe, succulent fruit one would expect. Soft, well rounded and very drinkable, this is the perfect accompaniment to long sunny days or the perfect refuge from long wet days!! Cabernet Tempranillo Rosado, Care- Spain A stunning new Rose whose vibrant deep colour and impressive concentration of ripe strawberries is a feast for the senses. Crisp, juicy and succulent.
Champagnes and sparkling wines. Prosecco, Casa De Fra- Italy A delightfully frothy sparkling wine with aromatic apple and pear flavours on the nose followed by a crisp palate of succulent fruits. Gentle foamy, just off dry and possessing an enticing, bright finish. Pinot Chardonnay, Green point- Australia Elegant and restrained yet complex and creamy. Green point is always refresfing and well poised. Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial- France Moet leads from the front with this consistently elegant, bright Champagne . Well balanced and rounded with light citrus notes coupled with subtle brioche notes leads through to a crisp finish. Also available in 20cl “baby moet” bottles an ideal way to enjoy champagne without needing to buy a bottle. Also available in Rose. Moet & Chandon Rose- France Fruity, dazzling, fresh and spontaneous Veuve Cliquot Yellow label- France The iconic yellow label is a guarantee of getting superb, medium weight Champagne with developed flavours of citrus, mineral and some biscuity notes. Lovely and soft with a creamy mousse, long cleansing finish. Bollinger Special cuvee- France One of the top champagne houses producing excellent Champagne . A bone dry Champagne that is crisp, fresh and that has a traditionally good, mature flavour and long lasting mousse. Dom Perignon France The most famous of all De Luxe Champagnes. Simply outstanding. Krug Grand cuvee- France Indisputably the most majestic cuvee. It's appearance is bright and deep golden with everlasting, fine, pin point bubbles. The palate is dominated by honey, nuts and dried fruit with a graceful acidity and a long, full finish.
